today ( as I prepare this post) is such a day the temp as I sit here is 18F with a real feel of 8F, for those who work in Celsius that's -8C with a real feel of -13C

We always used (and still use) Celsius. We had the same temperature in the previous days. Today is not that cold. The morning was -2 °C, and currently it is 0 °C.
