The best escape from living in the city is to move to live somewhere else.
I moved from Budapest to the countryside in the beginning of 2015.
Then I moved from Hungary to Tenerife in the spring of 2023.

It's not an option for everyone. Some people like cities, but they need green spaces too.
That would be me :) We live just a stone-throw away from large nature reserve Divoká Šárka, which is basically a forest (surrounded by microbreweries, obviously 😜). Yet it still takes us like 30 mintes to the airport by public transport - and that is a must since we go to Spain like 4 times a year to visit family and friends.
