Rain makes everything a little more alive. Reflections in the asphalt turn simple streetlights into glowing streaks of color. Cars passing by throw sheets of water across the sidewalks. Strangers huddle under shop awnings, and the chaos somehow feels rhythmic. For a photographer, these moments are gold. The challenge of keeping your camera dry adds a little tension, a little thrill, and somehow the risk makes the shots feel earned.

There is a mood to rain that is impossible to fake. It slows people down or makes them move faster, changes the colors of the city, and makes textures pop. Even if the weather is annoying, even if you’re dodging puddles and trying not to ruin your lenses, there is a strange joy in being out there, camera in hand, capturing the fleeting beauty that only rain can create.

Stay blessed

Rain is wonderful, but only when it's not excessive. Some people like to bathe in the rain, but not me, haha. “People run and slip,” you reminded me. One day I slipped while walking on the ceramic floor of a store sidewalk, which had become slippery from the rain. Greetings.
