You're right, I thought it was sunset. I like how you captured the clouds and the reflection of the sun on the water.
From your post, I now know what American Wigeons look like, and I just did a quick search for a clearer view. They are beautiful birds. The sounds of the water and birds are soothing.

Hi, glad to know my post could introduce you to a new bird. Meeting new wildlife is one of the things I really enjoy about the Grays Harbor bay. I don't think I had ever encountered wigeons before that morning.
