A unique and therefore well known location in Iceland is obviously Diamond beach.
Diamond beach is located near a big glacier lagoon called Jökulsárlón. The ice from the glacier floats from the lagoon towards the ocean. From there the ice rocks are thrown back onto the black beach. The contrast between the black sand and the ice is like diamonds put on black silk.
Its a photogenic place, but it's also difficult to find compositions since there are easily a lot of distractions in the frame. And next to that, the ice formations change every day.

One of the best places of so many great ones in Iceland.
Absolutely, I really love that area. 😀👍
I have never seen the icy sea because my country is a hot country.
It is something uncommon to see for me too, the Netherlands is not that cold either. 😉
You really took some amazing pictures of ,,Diamond Beach,,.
Thank you very much! 😀🙏
