A couple of years ago my brother and I had a quick trip through Switzerland and we loved every minute of it. The scenery was non-stop beauty and the people were amazing. They even helped me with my terrible German and assisted with some Swiss dialect. I just got around to properly editing the pics from that trip thanks to Hive! I hope you enjoy. I think I have more from Zurich as well. I just can't find them now.
Welcome to Luzern! A gem in Switzerland! So much to see and do here a day trip was not enough. From beautiful gardens and flora to very cool pubs and bars. I want to go back.
Taking a stroll through the bridge
Classiest city I've ever been in. A bass and a cello are played by street musicians. It was top notch!
The rest of the set is just unadulterated alps scenery captured mostly in a passing car. We had very limited time in the country and we spent a day just driving through the alps. The worst was that it was overcast the whole time and we missed seeing the breathtaking peaks. We even hit a mountain bar. I'm pretty certain they thought we were aliens. I'll have to find those pics too.
A mountain stream caught my eye and I made my brother pull over to take a picture.
I hope to return when there is better weather and truly capture the Swiss Alps!

This pictures are absolutely stunning. I love the dramatic skies in the landscape photos. This is definitely a city a would love to attend, beautiful scenery.
Thanks. I know we talked about the first shot in my other post. The RAW file is exactly the same for this shot as the one in the other post below, just edited differently. If you get a chance to visit Switzerland, I highly recommend. Zurich is like living in the future. It's so clean and beautiful.
