As Above So Below

I have wanted to try doing steel wool photos with a drone for a very long time now, but haven't been out when the wind conditions would allow for it or didn't have everything needed when I saw a chance. On this night there was a wind of 3km an hour, making it a perfect time to try!

This wasn't the only obstacle to overcome though! I use the Mavic Mini Pro 2 and it has a max shutter time of 4 seconds. A very short time for any kind of light painting and you can see where that came into play when doing the orb steel wool spin.

Overall I was very pleased with the results though! I cannot wait to try this some more!

While shooting from above with the drone, I also had my camera set up at ground level to capture the shots.
