I read a short paragraph about a grateful deer 🦌 who was saved by humans and when the mother deer came looking for the fawn she saw that she was injured, not only was she injured but saved by a human, for her broken knee was wrapped in a white linen . Seeing this the mother deer bent the knee a show of appreciation to the human for saving the baby deer.
Animals, in their innate understanding of survival, perceive life as an ongoing struggle where they must contend not only with the environment but also with fellow living beings.
They are acutely aware that they are part of the food chain, vulnerable to both humans and other animals. In this challenging reality, even a small victory in securing sustenance becomes a significant achievement for them. ![IMG_20231012_221401.jpg(2)Consequently, they display a sense of gratitude, acknowledging the struggle for life and the importance of every moment of survival. As humans we can imitate the gratitude of animals for if we do, we never can tell how well things will be.
