Good morning Hive family and all the photographers lovers around the world, what I got here for you all today are some new shots of a different kind of Dragonfly, this one is from that long vacation I took awhile back. This one is unique too, such an amazing coloration on this guy here. This one is called the Halloween Pennant (Celithemis eponina) and its nothing short that amazing dragonfly. Now I put these all in order to what I like shot wise, so the cover on down and the last shot would be my least favorite. Keep in mind these are with my 400mm telephoto lens at the time and I was pretty far away from this guy to get these shots. I also did some cropping so the detail is not bad but could be better as we go down the list of these four shots. With that said lets get into these shot I have for you all here today. The cover shot, the one above is my favorite one of the four, I like the detail of the butterfly the best, as well as the cool coloration's of the backdrop, at first I was think I didn't like the weeds poking up from the bottom but the more I look I kind of like it. The reason for this really being the cover is it is the best in detail too, regardless of all those factors I had said. The angle of that butterfly is pretty cool too, from the wings down to the legs on the branch. In this second shot here this could of got the top spot but for me the head just seems a little blurry and not ask clean as I would really like it to be but its not such a bad shot. Maybe on this one I cropped it just a bit to much is the reason for that but all good lets keep it pushing, no going back to edit now when I still have fifteen terabytes of RAW files to edit. Also I will now start posting what equipment I used from here on out, even though both are now in the broken catagory.

I got only two shots at this angle here and I know I didnt nail it, to blurry but I just thought the position looks so cool here and since I did a little editing on it I mise well post it with this group. I do hope one day I get this chance again and nail it even better than this.

In this last shot here another cool one but again the head is a bit blurry and I did make this one a little dark backdrop but still cool to post. You cant get them all perfect that is just facts. I try my best and take what is given to me, then edit and it either makes it on a post or not. Anyways thanks for stopping by today, hope you all enjoyed this post with these shots.
