Welcome to Kyrgyzstan, I think this country will appeal to anyone who is interested in mountainous landscapes - it is rich in them. I have not been to Kazakhstan, but I have also heard a lot of good things about some places there.
In fact, I think that in any country there are its own beauties and gorgeous landscapes, albeit different, but no less beautiful. Traveling around Central Asia, I am sure, will be exciting!
