And so, today we’ve come to lighting the last Advent candle on the Advent wreath.
It feels like time has flown by; it’s as if I lit the first candle just yesterday, and yet four weeks have already passed.
I wish the Christmas holidays and these kinds of days would last longer, so that this warmth and love in the air could linger.
There’s a special feeling these days bring me – decorating the tree, the house, the table, baking cookies, the house filled with the scent of cinnamon, cloves, and pine needles.
Beautiful Christmas and romantic films about the holiday season, wonderful Christmas music playing on the radio…
All of this gives me a sense of warmth and acts like a natural antidepressant for me.
Sometimes, I wish time would stop, freeze for a while, so I could forget everything and simply enjoy this beautiful and cozy moment.
Right now, it’s started to rain outside, and here I am, in the warmth of my home, enjoying hot cocoa and cookies while watching movies on TV and listening to the crackling fire in the fireplace—something truly wonderful.
I hope you feel the same way during this time of the year, this season of love, peace, and forgiveness.
Wishing you a pleasant evening, dear friends.
Merry Christmas friends.
Merry Christmas you too ❤️
