Insect photography // A very beautiful spotted moth

Good night to all my beloved hive friends ♥️

It was a great relief to open my eyes and see the surroundings of my yard again after a week in Banda Aceh city, so on this very happy occasion I decided to go to the garden next to my house to hunt for some beautiful pictures there, I went when it was still morning and with the weather still very fresh and natural, and I didn't forget to bring a macro lens as an additional lens for my cellphone camera, and I went to the garden alone and immediately looked for beautiful pictures there.

When I arrived at the garden, I immediately saw an insect perched on one of the leaves there. It happened that the insect was a spotted moth that was white with colorful spots all over its body. I was very interested in this insect because this insect was very tame, making it easy for me to do a photo shoot.

Under the reflection of the sunlight, this moth also looks shining when I take a picture of it. This moth has a very oval shape but it will look very beautiful when it opens both of its wings, However, waiting for it to open its wings is very challenging because it requires patience and precision.

However, on this occasion I still tried to wait for this moth to open both of its wings, so that on one occasion when this moth moved to another leaf, it was also seen opening both of its wings, seeing that I immediately tried to photograph it.

This moth flew to one of the leaves under a shady tree so that in this photo shoot it looked very lacking in light and produced a slightly dark image, but I didn't care about anything that happened because my goal was only to photograph the moth when it opened both of its wings, and this success also gave me extraordinary happiness.

However, when I was taking pictures, suddenly the moth flew to another leaf, but I was still not satisfied with the results I got so I decided to chase it again.

And luckily the moth didn't fly too far from where I first took the photo, so I could see where it was flying and where it was perched, so I went back up to it and took another photo.

I also managed to photograph it again in several shots, and after taking the photos I was satisfied with the results I got. And this moth itself is classified as a very beautiful insect with white color and colorful spots all over its body, so I call this insect a spotted moth.

Besides moths, I also managed to take some really beautiful pictures of grasshoppers. Here are some of them.

You can see how this grasshopper hid from me when I wanted to take a picture of it.
