Hello dear friends, today I would like to share with you some pictures of xerophytic vegetation that I took on a walk, I hope you like them.
Hola queridos amigos, hoy quisiera compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de vegetación xerófila que tomé en un paseo, espero les guste.
In this photograph we can appreciate the fruit of this cactus, this fruit is called "Tuna", it is covered with thorns and in the upper part is its flower still undeveloped.
En esta fotografía podemos apreciar el fruto de este cactus, este fruto es llamado "Tuna", esta cubierto de espinas y en la parte superior se encuentra su flor aun sin desarrollarse.
In the previous photograph we observe another fruit of the same cactus, with its flower a little more developed, you can see how the petals have grown.
En la fotografía anterior observamos otro fruto del mismo cactus, con su flor un poco mas desarrollada, se ve como han crecido los pétalos.
In this photograph of the same plant, in another fruit, we can see an open flower, which shows a striking yellow center surrounded by white pistils. The fruit is ready to be eaten when it changes from green to red.
En esta fotografía de la misma planta, en otro fruto, podemos ver una flor abierta, la cual muestra un centro amarillo llamativo rodeado por unos pistilos blancos. El fruto estará listo para ser comido cuando cambie del color verde al rojo.
In this other photograph we observe the same type of fruit but of yellow color. According to the inhabitants of the area, the red fruit is sweet and the yellow fruit is bitter.
En esta otra fotografía observamos el mismo tipo de fruto pero de color amarillo. Según los habitantes de la zona, el fruto de color rojo es dulce y el amarillo amargo.
In the previous photograph we observe a small plant with a completely yellow flower, I found it while walking along a path.
En la fotografía anterior observamos una pequeña planta con una flor completamente amarilla, la encontré mientras caminaba por un sendero.
In this photograph we found another type of cactus with flowers of a very striking color, I liked how the sun illuminated it and I decided to capture the moment.
En esta fotografía encontramos otro tipo de cactus con unas flores de un color bastante llamativo, me gustó como la iluminaba el sol y decidí capturar el momento.
In this image we see the same species of cactus as above, but in this case there are 4 specimens united.
En esta imagen vemos la misma especie de cactus anterior, pero en este caso son 4 ejemplares unidos.
I really liked this picture, I would use it as a wallpaper on my cell phone.
Esta fotografía me gustó mucho, la usaría como fondo de pantalla en mi celular.
In this image we have a closer shot of one of the above cacti.
En esta imagen tenemos un plano mas cercano de uno de los cactus anteriores.
And finally, we have another photograph of the yellow flower I showed you earlier.
Y finalmente, tenemos otra fotografía de la flor amarilla que les mostré anteriormente.
