Second parts are also good

How beautiful it is when clients repeat, that is a sign that we did our job well and that we fullfil the expectations they had of us.

My last real estate photography clients, also manage another apartment for Airbnb, in the same building, as the previous photos that I showed you in a previous post. They loved the photos that I did so the hire me for making the picture of the new apartment as well.

This apartment is a bit simpler but on the other hand it has some interesting things too. For example the kitchen is much nicer, it has counters and several cabinets that are arranged in a horseshoe shape.

On the other hand, as in the previous one, it has a beautiful view of the sea right on the Havana Malecon, at the exit of the tunnel of Linea Street, which makes it have a privileged location.

Since the layout is quite similar, the whole session flowed quite fast and organic and I already had an idea of how the light worked in the space, I also have two Speedlite that help me to compensate the contrast and the light helps me to better show each room.

Que hermoso es cuando los clientes repiten , eso es una muestra de que hicimos bien nuestro trabajo y que cumplimos con creces las expectativas que tenían de nosotros.

Les cuento que mis últimos clientes de fotografía inmobiliaria, manejan también otro apartamento en el mismo edificio que las fotos anteriores que les mostré en un post previo.

Este apartamento es un poco más sencillo pero por otro lado tiene cosas interesantes también. Como por ejemplo la cocina es mucho más bonita, cuenta con mostradores y varios armarios que están dispuestos a manera de herradura.

Por otro lado como en el anterior tienen una vista hermosa de frente al mar justo en el malecón habanero, a la salida del túnel de la calle Línea , lo que lo hace tener una ubicación privilegiada.

Ya como la disposición es bastante parecida , como que toda la sesión fluyó bastante rápida y orgánica y ya tenía una idea de cómo funcionaba la luz en el español, además cuento con dos Speedlite que me ayudan a compensar el contraste y que la luz ayude a mostrar mejor cada espacio.
