RE: Beauty of the nature in MYANMAR

in Photography Lovers3 years ago (edited)

This first picture and what you said reminds me of what is going on in my city.

It's unfortunate that we have so much waste and especially so close to the river. The river here used to be so clean, now its just a dumping place for waste and most of it trickles down from capital city.

I'll have to take a few pictures of it one day. It's pretty depressing and nothing is being done about it.

The last gtime i walked through that dump point it smelled awful. Inside the capital city you hardly see trash in the river but once that river hits the border on the exit point, it's a different story entirely.

From tires to aluminum beer cans and plastic bottles, newspaper, clothes, feces, concrete scrap, rebars, etcetera, it makes me wonder if this river has seen better days. Well obviously it has before humans became an factor in this but we must do something about it soon.

All this waste that includes oil bottles and gasoline cans contaminated our water supply down river even further once it hits our city. But no, the majority of the people here prefer to party every weekend. Drink beer like it's going out of style and then throw away that waste into the river to further go down stream to the next town over.

I see some people scouting these areas for aluminum cans mostly, but none that I have seen have actually given it enough effort to clean this river faster than it is being contaminated. We will have to start from the capital and set rules and work our way down the river.

Two. I love the reflecting image it leaves on the water below. Really adds a theatrical feel to it. A sense of magic is happening in town above and maybe something below too.

For me giving money to "religious" institutions is a mistake. Most of that money goes into decorations or in the pockets of filthy men. I prefer to actually pay for a meal and hand that meal over myself to someone in need rather than have to trust someone else to do it.

Three. This last one reminds me of the shoreline of Mazatlan, Mexico. A popular area for tourist attraction. Unfortunately the water is contaminated with garbage as well in most areas, hardly calling for a swim in the water. But aside from that it's very beautiful at night.

Thank you for sharing.

First of all, your reply is pretty good. You are right. We should definitely dispose of our waste. Our rivers and seas are very polluted by rubbish. Marine animals are in trouble. In the city, bad breath is bad for your health. Second, you want to share your money with those who need it when you have enough money for it. You can help homeless people who have no food. Lastly, I like Mexico. It has some beautiful places. I wish I could visit.

Thank for sharing about you.
