TODAY! I embrace your Soul!

Today, January 12, I give myself permission to see the best in me, to strengthen myself, to enrich my self-esteem, to communicate more deeply with the people around me, to allow myself to say what is wrong with me, and to stop hiding what I feel. Today, I give myself permission to recognize my entire journey, acknowledging every step, every instance, and honoring all the evolution I have achieved.

Today, I give myself permission to be grateful for everything I have in my life, avoiding seeing what is missing. I connect with merit and abundance, I decree it, opening myself to the gratitude of what I have harvested. Today, I lovingly allow myself to observe the bonds I have close to me and decide, and choose to continue in them or go in other directions.

Today ? I choose only people who add to me, who contribute to my life and I allow myself to get out of unnecessary conflicts, co-dependencies and toxic attachments that make my life a constant suffering. Today, I allow myself to ask for help, to get out of the illusion that "I can do anything", and I give myself permission to get off my pedestal of self-sufficiency and act like the human being that I am, giving and receiving.

Today, I allow myself to open my heart to love, since keeping it closed leaves me with a blindfold, avoiding to project myself on the other, to avoid seeing those shadows that can heal me so much. Today, I avoid criticism of my body, of my shortcomings, and I only see the best of me. And I heal myself. Healthy.
That's right. That's how it will be.
