Back in September, we visited an ancient monument of Croatia - the amphitheater in Pula. According to Wikipedia, it was built between 27 BC – 68 AD. That makes it the best preserved ancient monument in the country. Naturally, because of the covid-situation, it was not that crowded, still there were folks from around the world. Let's check out the exterior more closely!
This is still taken behind the walls of the arena.
Through the arch with St. Anthony Church in the distance.
To find the right direction, you can use this plan-relief of Pula :-D
