Definitivamente amo esta época del año, los colores, olores y el clima; poseen un encanto especial. El ambiente se llena de vida, la vegetación resucita después de un periodo de adormecimiento y la alegría se apodera del escenario.

I definitely love this time of year, the colors, smells and the weather; they have a special charm. The atmosphere comes alive, the vegetation comes to life after a dormant period and joy takes over the stage.

Estas flores de color violeta son de la familia de los lirios, si bien no son lirios propiamente, traigo a memoria el hermoso poema del sabio Salomón: Yo soy la rosa de Sarón, Y el lirio de los valles. Como el lirio entre los espinos, Así es mi amiga entre las doncellas.

These purple flowers are from the lily family, although they are not lilies properly, I bring to mind the beautiful poem of the wise Solomon: I am the rose of Sharon, And the lily of the valleys. Like the lily among the thorns, So is my friend among the maidens.

Me enamoré de estas flores cuando las vi, por esa razón las comparto con ustedes, pues en medio de tanta incertidumbre y tormentas que se vive en estos tiempos ellas igualmente nos llenan la vida de un dulce aroma y un bello color.
