Ohhh totally gorgeous, like a real winter wonderland now! The deer are amazing and will no doubt tell all their friends about the food. Very soon you'll have hundreds of them haha The abandoned houses there, are they for sale or preferably free? lol...Would make lovely holiday homes!
Stay warm and if the snow gets deeper, stay indoors. I'd hate to see you get lost if the snow gets deeper than you are tall!

Let’s say in the countryside here there are soooo many abandoned houses. Most still owned by families. Next to us is from an old man that moved to a village. He hasn’t been in years and all is frozen now, the barns are collapsing under the snow. A shame… he doesn’t want to sell. Like most others.
The houses are so cheap, it is not worth it to restore them. You get lots of land with a cabin or house for under 35k euros.
It sure would make some nice additions to our cabin. We don’t have any outbuildings, just the woodshed and an old chicken coop. 😉
It sure is looking that way, soon it is higher than me 🤣😂🤣😂
We just keep maintaining the paths around the cabin. It was hard to get the front door open yesterday and this morning.
