It seems like the tourists weren't interested in this spot at all.

Those are my favourite places. And sometimes it makes no sense because they're genuinely beautiful places. I was in a similar park last week and it was purely locals, as if nobody else knew it was there. Ended up being one of my favourite spots in the city far from the chaos.
