The street and its routines [Eng/Esp]

The streets always have moments that are worth freezing in time, and I think this is something I have learned from street photography: trying to see the beauty in routine, everyday life, and the simple things you might encounter on a normal day can help with that. That's why I'm sharing these photos with you, which I hope you enjoy.

Las calles siempre tienen momentos que valen la pena congelar por el resto del tiempo y creo que esto es algo que he ido aprendiendo con las fotografías callejeras: intentar ver la belleza de la rutina, el día a día y las cosas sencillas que te puedes encontrar en un día común puede ayudar con ello; por eso les dejo estas fotografías que espero que disfruten.

Personally, I am someone who likes to hear people's stories; I think it's nice to try to understand what kind of person someone is, what they've been through, and everything that has shaped their life. When I take photographs of people on the street, I like to think that they all have different stories, that no two people have the same lifestyle, the same routine, or the same circle of friends or family. That's why every person is perfect to photograph—they all carry a story with them that sets them apart.

Personalmente, soy alguien a quien le gusta conocer historias de las personas; creo que es algo bonito intentar saber cómo alguien es la persona que es, lo que ha pasado y todo lo que ha conllevado su vida, y cuando hago fotografías a personas en la calle, me gusta pensar que todos tienen una historia distinta, nadie tiene un mismo estilo de vida, ni una misma rutina, ni los mismos círculos de amistades o familias; por eso cada persona es perfecta para fotografiar, todos llevan una historia consigo que los diferencia.
