My love for fungi is not just a hobby, but also an adventure that constantly drives me to explore different places to discover unique and amazing species. I have always been intrigued by the diversity of shapes, colours and textures of mushrooms that grow in humid environments, especially in forests rich in rotting wood and decaying leaves.

Whenever I come across an interesting mushroom, like the one I found today with the scientific name Panaeolus, I not only observe it with a sense of awe, but also try to capture it through my camera lens to share through this post. Photographing mushrooms is not just about aesthetics, but also a way for me to document the beauty and biodiversity that often goes unnoticed by many. I enjoy observing the details of each mushroom, from the shape of its hood, the texture of its stem, to the unique patterns that may form on its surface that nature has given us to enjoy.

To me, fungi are not just organisms that grow in damp places or are common in forests, but also part of the ecosystem that is very interesting to study and appreciate for its important role in the ecosystem. Every trip to find and photograph mushrooms becomes an experience that is not only visually satisfying, but also provides new insights into the natural beauty around us that we have been ignoring.
