There are many reasons that I would rather not leave here, even though I will be back soon. Besides the fact that I have laughed more in the past few weeks than perhaps the entire year prior, Milho is a powerful reason. He slept on my bed again last night and was really all about receiving mimos and head scratches this morning. I'm so happy that he is beginning to trust me. Interestingly, throughout the day he is still fearful of being touched. He may be taking it slow, but I am already in love; too late for me.
