Yesterday, I had the opportunity to do a photoshoot for a friend who's having a birthday, and this was my gift to her. I told her to come to the studio and I'd take some pictures of her. To my surprise, she arrived in a beautiful red dress that really flattered her figure and she looked incredible.
She also brought a cake so we could do some birthday-themed photos, but I wanted to take a few shots of her without the cake first:
El dia de ayer tuve la oportunidad de hacer una sesión de fotos para una amiga que está cumpliendo años y este fue mi regalo para ella, le dije que viniera al estudio y que le haria algunas fotos, para mi sorpresa llegó con un hermoso vestido rojo que resaltaba su figura y se veia increible.
Cambien llevó una torta para hacer las fotos tematicas al cumpleaños pero se veia tambien que primero quise hacerle unas fotos sin la torta:
Since she didnt know how to pose, I spent the whole time guiding her through poses so the photos would look nicer and she would feel comfortable throughout the whole photoshoot.
For these photos, I used my Canon RP camera with a 24-105mm f/4.5L lens and for the lighting, I used a single light source, a speedlite flash with a 50cm octabox, and the background is a white fabric.
Como ella no sabia posar estuve todo el rato guiándola con las poses para que las fotos salieran mas bonitas y se sintiera comoda durante toda la sesion de fotos.
Para estas fotos utilicé mi camara CANON RP con un lente 24-105mm a 4.5/f Y para la iluminacion utilicé un solo punto de luz, un flash speed lite con un octabox de 50cm, el fondo es una tela blanca.
I'm always so happy when, during a photoshoot, I show people the photos and they get excited. Their faces light up and it's so rewarding to see that emotion!
Once we were satisfied with those photos, we proceeded to use the cake to take more birthday-themed photos.
We started with some standing photos, smiling next to the cake:
Siempre me alegra mucho cuando durante la sesion de fotos le muestro las fotos a las personas y estas se emociona, sus caras se iluminan y es muy gratificante ver esa emoción!
Una vez estuvimos satisfechos con esas fotos, procedimos a utilizar la torta para hacer las fotos mas temática de cumpleaños.
Empezamos por algunas fotos de pie, sonriendo junto a la torta:
Obviously, we did the classic photo of her blowing out the candle!
Obviamente hicimos la típica foto soplando la vela!
And then we took some other photos with my friend crouching down to have more variety in the shots:
Y luego hicimos otras fotos con mi amiga agachada para tener mas variedad en las fotos:
At this point, we were all laughing and having fun because we knew the photos were turning out beautifully!
A este punto ya todo era risa y disfrute porque sabiamos que las fotos estaban quedando hermosas!
At the end of the photoshoot, my friend was super happy and so was I because I knew we had done an excellent job. I hope you guys like these photos as much as we do!
