@macchiata shows some of the local designs and colours from a festival in her home town. The great variety of elements in the outfits and floats is really inventive and beautiful.
@gunnarheilmann takes architectural forms, shapes, colours, and textures then makes them his own canvass of light. Superb!
The eyes on the bug in this fantastic photo by @gidlark are unreal and nature's engineering marvel. Very nicely captured.

All three of those were considered. Three top HotShots is never enough to do any justice considering the diversity and quality of the posts and their photographic content. Thank you for mentioning over here 😄 there are so many beautiful costumes that I didn't get to capture since I was busy photographing my neighbors + got caught up talking about tiktok and what not haha
It's great to see this colourful celebration with imaginative costumes that have a local cultural flavour. We don't get to see these types of extravagant outfits very often, except perhaps during Brazilian Carnival celebrations (although their outfits are a bit more risqué).
