My flower assault on @castleberry's brain continues, right from the grounds of the conservatory, where from the looks of it, I left no prisoners. If you would like to read my previous posts on this amazing place, please visit Where the Flowers Grow and Nature in Bloom With a Little Help From her Primate Friends.
Plants were in different stages of growth, but for the most part they were healthy and blooming. Seriously, I didn't know which way to point the camera as I looked around me. The sheer diversity. I remember feeling the same way when I visited Costa Rica and saw it blooming in all its splendour.
This is a conservatory, and therefore, the environment is highly artificial given the space and resource constraints. There are no deer munching on leaves, jaguars resting on trees, monkeys howling madly, ants, rainstorms, heatwaves, and so on. I did see a few exotic birds flying around along with coterie of parrots. They're hard to photograph without trampling on some foliage.
Nature is extravagant. Do you have a favourite? For me it's hard to choose. Thank you for visiting!
Wow, wow and more wow. You do know this qualifies for a Hive Garden #gardenjournal post right?😜
I'll keep this in mind. I'm not overly familiar with plants and their growing, but they're some of my favourite photography subjects. 📸
You don't have to be a plant expert at all... !
That's what happens when I get ideas in my head. I think I was intimidated by all that physical labor I see in garden posts 😄
Thank you for these pictures, they are absolutely wonderful and beautiful flowers, such bright and vivid colours, I love them!💗
They're beautiful, aren't they? Thank you, @avdesing!
You know I love nature! Thank you for this!
Conservatories are so cool and this one is no exception! Like an oasis. My favorite are the second and third shots that mostly depict one of my favorite families: bromeliads! That magnificent red flower, too.
Great to see you recognize some of the plants. I have to admit that my knowledge in this regard is poor, but I enjoy taking snapshots of them.
Amazing flowers photography
I got lucky that so many were blooming. :)
Wow, it's really amazing, the first one really impressed me.
I like that there is so much variety and colour in the first one.
