We are inevitably stressed and worried as a result of the ongoing cycles of hectic life and work pressure. Small insecurities accumulate over time, leading to a loss of control, frustration, and rage. Those are symptoms of psychological trauma, and the apparent result is that a person with unhealed wounds may unintentionally injure those around them.

If there are any brief pauses, let us take the opportunity to reconnect with nature and examine ourselves. Because the mind is not disturbed by city noise, emotions are not trapped among the concrete, and the air is not polluted by smoke or dust, nature will assist us in healing those wounds. Because you can breathe in the fresh air and feel the silence from within while you are immersed in nature, you will experience true calm.

The stresses of city life are always there and have an impact on one's health. As a result, one of the ways to help us reset our life is to reconnect to nature. However, due to our hectic schedules, we are unable to go on extended excursions. And if we don't have time to travel to exotic locations, there are innumerable natural wonders nearby that we seem to overlook. That is the bug world.

Because of their small size, which is difficult to detect, most little creatures do not normally capture our attention. Even when passing by, many people do not see them. The insect kingdom is its own buzzing universe, and most insects have vibrant colors that serve both defensive and aggressive purposes. To see it, all you need to do is spend 1 or 2 hours roaming about an indoor garden or a natural plant-filled location near the city, observing and listening to the small world around us. The natural world is variety and vibrant, constantly surprising us and making our lives more intriguing and lively.

Taking images to capture life's moments is one of my hobbies and loves. Macro photography is one of my favorite genres. Macro photography is always interesting and appealing to many people, including myself, but it comes with a lot of hurdles and a lot of objective and subjective aspects to acquire good photographs. Those who have played a macro topic feel the same way: patient with the subject and with themselves, but also with fun, relaxation, and engagement. If you want to photograph dragonflies, bees, butterflies, or other exotic insects, for example, you may need to find a site where they frequently visit and...wait. And it doesn't always arrive! And, sometimes it doesn't come! But if it comes, you will have a picture frame like that, which brings a lot of strange joy.

If you enjoy nature, though, you will find the insect world to be highly interesting and diverse. And I'm hoping that these close-up images of insects may provide a new perspective on the small world around us at this time of social distancing caused by the covid 19 outbreak.

In the insect world, there are insects that appear to be ugly but are stunningly beautiful when photographed up close. Some animals are vividly colored to send a message of danger to predators, causing them to think twice before attacking. Many animals that aren't venomous yet employ brilliant colors to fool predators have evolved as a result of natural selection. To live against predators, each of those weak and little animals must arm itself with a secret weapon, resulting in an universe of creatures with an abundance of concealing and camouflage techniques. For example, certain species may change color depending on their surroundings.

Nature in Vietnam is very beautiful, flora and fauna are very rich and diverse, many of which are biosphere reserves of the world. Up to now, Vietnam has been recognized as having 11 World Biosphere Reserves, becoming the country with the second largest number of World Biosphere Reserves in Southeast Asia. I simply wish that everyone in the world recognizes the value of nature and joins hands to safeguard Mother Earth. I also pray for world peace and a reduction in the epidemic.

I hope that by publishing this post, I will be able to connect and exchange ideas with many friends throughout the world who are interested in this type of photography. The natural world around us is both beautiful and fascinating. Returning to nature and learning about the small world around us has spiritual benefits, but it also has unexpected physical benefits, such as strengthening the immune system, combat cancer, deal with life's pressures Nature is the right balance of wildness and tranquility. Perhaps it's also because everything begins with nature and returns to it at the end.
