Hello friends, today I share photos of the boardwalk in the city of Matanzas, Cuba; A beautiful place that is certainly reflective of the culture of this city.
It never ceases to amaze me the richness of Matanzas when it comes to plastic arts, there are many places that in recent times have become huge open-air galleries bringing even more beauty to the beautiful natural landscape of this city and one of these sites is the boardwalk.
This site harmoniously unites art with the everyday. People use it throughout its length in various ways to: relax in front of the sea, read, have a pleasant chat, fish, bathe in the sea, exercise or even for religious purposes to do ceremonies to Yemaya oricha del mar in the Yoruba religion.
It is beautiful, especially for those of us who are going to visit, to observe how a single place serves many people to relax and give a little peace to their day, at least that is what I could see in the faces of the people on my tour. I loved the place and that's why I'm sharing it with you. If you've made it this far, have a nice day or night depending on where you are in the world when you read this. Thank you.
