A user who is muted in your community has contacted me, is there a way they can communicate with you and ask questions about why they were muted etc?

Thanks. Who is it? I can look into it. They were most likely spamming or plagiarizing to get muted. Or if they were muted in other communities for trying to scam rewards, I mute them in this one as well.

One post (the most recent one) that I checked does not seem to have any plagiarized photos, it seems like their own content - but maybe you have seen something in the past posts..
