Autumn is the best season for taking lovely colorful photos. :)
They say that when our spring is this cold, then we will have a very hot summer. Last summer was hot and if this summer is hotter, then we are going to fry.

Yeah, I rember the great shots that you posted of the Autunm colors over the years. Reflection time again methinks :) !LOLZ
You are so right, but the locals know all of the weather patterns here due to living near the ocean. So we talk to them, and I also hope that the expectations are wrong. Time will tell as usual.

The Autumn has arrived already ... my first autumnal tree from 2023 ... with reflection π taken during my stroll around these two lakes:

Yep, time will tell. We had a very bad spring tide this weekend that created huge waves and much damages in some of the shore towns. X (twitter) is full of videos about the incidences.

Thanks a million - the Autumn colours are always amazing. It's fascinating how fast the trees change from green to orange, yellow and red π
That doesn't sound good, hopefully no people lost their lives.

Oh yes, I agree as it is almost like a movie to see the constant color changes π
Sadly a 93 year old lady lost her life when a huge wave grabbed and sucked her back into the sea. I still cannot believe the size of those waves. Even sadder is that 7 of our army marines were washed off the top of a submarine by a big wave. The emergency crew could save 4 and 3 died.
Such is life.
No more Twitter, as now called X and soon everyone will have to pay to use it. Some are already paying for what they call "Blue Status" π
