“सर्वभूतहिते रत्नं, सर्वप्राणहितं महत्।
धर्ता जीवनभूमेश्च, हिमालय नमोऽस्तु ते॥“
Meaning: “Salutations to the Himalayas who are the well wisher of all beings, who are the basis of everyone's life, and who are the great bearer of this earth.” The meaning of this shloka pulled me out of my confusion and called me near it. 2009 was the year when I went to the lap of Himalayas for the first time and since then I have neither returned nor has the Himalayas taken me down from its lap.
