The story is amazing as are your shots and your experience. How interesting to know that this was built by Italian prisoners of war and you were there capturing this.

The view is impressive and the dense fog adds a touch of drama :)

    Thank you, and yes, it was amazing to see how well the Italian POW's built that pass. They were skilled craftsmen and it must also have been a dangerous job.

    I felt the excitement at the challenge to drive over the mountain in the dense mist. It was a great experience.
