The Aragosta Restaurant
This past week was the Christmas parties for my wife's work and they both turned out amazing. They have a party for the northern Utah team and the southern team. Thursday, we drove down to southern Utah to the Aragosta Restaurant.
I was pretty excited for this party because it is a fine dining restaurant and the chef is a Michelin star rated chef. I had never been to a fancy place like this to eat and I knew it was going to be a pretty cool experience.
We got there a couple hours early to start setting stuff up. The place was decorated for Christmas and it looked so good. As I was scoping the place out, I was getting excited to take pictures of the party because the colors and architecture in the restaurant was so cool.
The entire layout of the restaurant was amazing and there were so many cool things set up throughout that really told a story about the place.
I didn't get any pictures of the food, so that is a bummer. I guess I was too excited to eat once the entrees started coming out. I was also focused on taking photos of the people that came to the party. I am going to be sharing those photos in a later post. I ended up editing nearly six hundred photos of the two parties.
I really enjoy documentary photography, so photographing the parties was a lot of fun. It has been cool watching my wife flourish at this company and to watch the company be more successful the longer she is working there.
I would love to be able to take pictures back in the kitchen while the chefs are back there preparing food. When I started college a bunch of years ago, I was actually wanting to become a chef. So to be able to see them in action and document it would be so much fun.
I am grateful for the opportunities to travel with my wife and go to cool events like this. The food was amazing and it was so much fun.
These photographs are awesome man. They did a really good job at the Aragosta restaurant, both with capturing the essence of the holiday, and amalgamating classy fine dining. The display was really elegant and well set up.
You have a gift with this type of photography and I'm looking forward to seeing part two of this photo set.
Thanks man. It was a lot of fun taking these pictures.
I like the Christmas tree, so simple yet elegant.
And I recognise some of the places on the east!!
The tree was really cool looking. The entire place was just set up so nicely.
Its nice to see the interiors of the restaurant, as told. so beautifully arranged. Hats off to your wife. Happy Christmas partying. 🎄. Photography is just excellent..
Thank you

I can only imagine how tasty the food was if it was anywhere near the standard of the setting! Great shots!
Your wife’s company seems to treat its peeps really well!
The food was amazing. I had steak medallions with a mushroom sauce and the sauce was so good.
This place is set up so nicely and well-decorated 😊 I really love the lighting as well.
