The lighting was so cool during the rain.
Last night as the sun was setting, we had a really great storm roll through. Our daughter moved out a few days ago and this was the first storm that we have had since she moved.
I think it was the day after the last storm with the double rainbow that she moved, so it was cool to see another double rainbow. She only lives a couple minutes away and she sent us pictures of the storm from her view. It was cool knowing that even though she was moved out, she was still out there with her boyfriend appreciating the storm as my wife and I were.
I am excited that she is able to move out at this point in her life and make new experiences with her friends. That is something that my wife and I never got to experience. We were very young when we got married and we moved out of state away from all our friends and family. Because of that, we were not close with our families for a very long time.
I am glad that during storms, our daughter has a deep appreciation for life and nature. She really taught us so much over these last few years and we all grew a lot closer as a family. I am excited to see what the future has in store for all of us. Being empty nesters really ain't too bad when you are with the love of your life.

May the luck of the double rainbow be with you, man. It probably doesn't exist, but whatever haha. It's great to witness a rainbow when the sky is still so cloudy.
There is definitely luck associated with rainbows and so I guess that would mean that double rainbows give you even more luck. We have more storms on the way today, so I wonder if we will get more rainbows.
So you'll be more lucky than anyone else 😂
I sure hope so. It's been a rough few months.
These are some lovely pictures. Your family seems lovely. Happy to hear your daughter isn’t far away and you all get to experience this together.
Thank you
There´s that rainbow again. I scrolled through my photo library and came across this one. It´s from a few years ago in Australia, looks almost identical :)
