After the loss of our grandson, I had come to the realization that we will never have another picture of him. It made me eternally grateful for the pictures that we had gotten of him. Then I started thinking about how there are so many people that never get the opportunity to have pictures taken of their kids and family.
This morning, my wife and I saw a family in the park outside of our home and they had set up a bubble machine and their kids were playing in the bubbles. The parents were just standing their holding each other while they watched their two little kids play. My wife and I decided that I should go out and take pictures of their kids for them. So my wife went out and talked to them and asked if they would like a free photo session.
We found out that they had just recently had a baby three weeks ago and that their child was still in the hospital in the NICU because she was having health issues. That just solidified it to us that this family deserved to have some happy memories captured. Taking pictures like this is so much more fulfilling than paid shoots, mainly because there really is no pressure on me to make the shoot worth the cost that they were paying me.
I think that I am going to do this a lot more often for people just so that I can spread joy and give families memories of their children that they will always have. That is what our little Marshall man would want. It is crazy that a baby that was here on earth for only two and a half months had such an impact on so many people that got to meet him. We really think that he was an angel sent down here to us to bring joy to the world and make it a better place.

Such a small and easy gesture to make someones day. Love you my man. Been thinking of you these last few days even if I haven't reached out or said anything. Take care man.
Thanks man. I hope that this family enjoys these pictures.
So sorry for your families loss! I can only imagine how painful it must have been. Even more I admire that you turn your pain into something lasting for others. And it's the little things that make the world a better place, or rather makes us humans a little better and more grateful maybe.
I really believe that our little Marshall was here to open all of our eyes and to teach us to all be better. He touched so many lives in the short time he was here.
I'm happy he did! Time is the most precious thing we have, if it is a minute or a whole lifetime. He left a footprint and will live on because of it. How wonderful and sad at the same time.
You're the best, man. Thanks to your photos, maybe this family will remember this day years from now. And you can be sure that maybe 10 years from now, the family will remember you too. Such beautiful touches are never forgotten.
Thanks man. I am hoping that they cherish these images. There were a lot more than just these 10.
When the children leave this world, the parents start to worry more and it happens a lot. The way the modern era is going today, we all need pictures because no one ever knows when his time will come and he will leave this world, so it will be an advantage that we in the pictures. Will be able to see it.
So true
Yeah
Aww, he is so cute, you better get some hard copies of these photos to keep them for a longer period of time with you.
Thank you
Beautiful photographs, the perfect focus on the subjects and the blurred background to highlight them are excellent. I have a question: Did you use a telephoto lens? Or what type of lens did you use? Thank you in advance.
Thank you. For thee pictures I used my Sigma 70-200mm lens. I really like the way it isolates the subject from the background.
Thank you for you answer
