Space Bouncers - Lightpainting on Hive

in Photography Lovers2 months ago

Hi everyone,

In spent a week of holidays in Vendée in July, with a couple of my best friends.

As we took time to meet again, we had in mind to celebrate it the right way. At one point, we were really baked and we wanted to express ourselves in another way than cracking jokes and laughting while shaking our old bodies following the rhythm of dub stepper music.

Fortunately I always have my lightpainting gear with me :)

Here's a solo picture I made while the others were resting a bit. It's a 4-way camera rotation job combined with an abstract light-calligraphy made with my iridescent wand :

WHAT IS LIGHTPAINTING?

Lightpainting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source while taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject or to shine a point of light directly at the camera, or by moving the camera itself during exposure. Nothing is added or removed in post processing.
