Laura & le Chaos de Piquet (part 3) - Lightpainting on Hive

in Photography Lovers2 months ago

Hi there,

Back to this location I'm looking forward to visit again.

For this session, I met Laura who's a local model I met a couple of times before. She lives close to the spot so that's very convenient for her. A short heatwave was striking France during that time and temperature never went under 30°C. After doing a couple of pictures, I had to take off my t-shirt because it was completely soaked!

WHAT IS LIGHTPAINTING?

Lightpainting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source while taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject or to shine a point of light directly at the camera, or by moving the camera itself during exposure. Nothing is added or removed in post processing.

Thanks!
As I won't have motivated models until Spring now, I'll resume LP outdoor portraits next year.
