Come, lets go over the bridge and into the Japanese garden. A couple more photos to show you along our journey through the garden. If you notice, the colour red appears often in Japanese culture. From a simple bridge railing to a Torii gate; also on the national flag which is a big red dot on a white background. The colour red has been used to “protect” against evil spirts, and can also be found often in ceremonies and celebrations signifying joy, prosperity and good luck. Hey thanks for stopping by.

That dappled light in the bridge photos is glorious.
Yes, glorious it was!
Such a serene post. The garden looks stunning, and the touch of red brings warmth and life to every frame.
Indeed, it was a pleasure meandering around there. Thanks.
The blend of sunlight patches and shadow of the trees on the walking path looks incredibly amazing! Greenery of the place is vivid, alive, well taken care of :)
Yes, the garden and pathways were well manicured. It was delightful.
The first image is a very expensive collection of moments that meet in one frame.
Hey thanks!
I didn't know that about the color red in Japanese culture! Thanks, I learned something today!
What a gorgeous garden, and you got some great shots. All three are really nice, but my favorites are the first and the last. Well done! I can see why you would want to make a return trip out west again this year!
Beauty of the world is unfathomable!
