What's a pro model?
Pro has better everything. More powerful cameras, display, battery, and other exclusive features. They started doing Pros with the iPhone 12. So you could find a used iPhone 12 Pro, 13 Pro available new still but cheaper, or the latest 14 Pro if you're willing to spend a lot.

How much is a cheap used iPhone 12 pro
I can’t say for certain, but I’d estimate around $600 for a new one. It just depends when buying used. Might get lucky and find a good one for cheaper.
