So as you know if you read my blog I did get sick after Dusan visit I still kinda I am coughing nonstop and I actually woke up in like 5 AM and started coughing so bad and I couldn’t fall asleep again for like another hour because I was just coughing but other than that I am so much better than I was and I’m feeling fine.
I did want to try yoga and I am so impressed with my brain and how he memorized the strength, the focus points, the balance points and I gave it a shot after six months without any stability either for my legs and back it was like all on my own and my brain just took it really good and I was able to do it and I wanted to try some cool poses for a cool pictures and I actually did so I was really proud of myself but I need to say that you need to be in a lot of focus and when people are watching me doing that I’m just a little bit out of focus and not as good as when I’m alone but it was a really good and I am actually giving myself some strategic points on how to actually progress from elbow stand to handstand bar you know take it slow we have time and I did find more other poses that I will be managing to succeed
