Hello, friends, photography lovers, and everyone seeking artistic inspiration! 🤗💜📷
I want to share our fresh dose of magic and a little "behind the scenes" secret of our family photo process. My husband and I recently visited the wonderful city of Bremen and stopped by the Kunsthalle. An incredible room was waiting for us there, one that literally absorbed us.🥰

The Art of Light: “Pixelwald Wisera”
We found ourselves at the heart of the magnificent audio-visual installation “Pixelwald Wisera” by the world-renowned Swiss artist Pipilotti Rist.✨💎

Imagine standing in the darkness, surrounded by thousands of suspended LED lights that shimmer and sparkle like cosmic crystals. The installation, composed of almost 3,000 "pixels," transforms the space into a truly enchanted forest. Set to relaxing, meditative music, the colors slowly shifted from deep blue to passionate red and warm orange. The atmosphere was so immersive that it would have been a crime for two photo enthusiasts not to try and "preserve" this magical moment!🤩

💡 Two Perspectives in One Place🫶👱🏼👩🏼🦱
The most interesting part begins when we start photographing each other. My husband and I always have a bit of a creative debate and... a height difference! He is nearly 2 meters tall (about 6'6"), and I am only 160 cm (about 5'3"). This, as it turns out, is our secret ingredient for varied shots!😂
•His Vision (From Above): When he takes the camera, the shots are often more dramatic and cinematic. His "top-down" perspective perfectly captures the play of light on my features, focusing on the emotions I catch while looking up at the crystals.😌

•My Vision (From Below): My angle, conversely, focuses on a sense of awe and immersion. I try to capture as many crystals as possible in the background, creating the effect of a fantastical, endless sky full of twinkling lights.🫠

We don't just take photos; we convey two completely different views of the same work of art. And it seems our height difference only helps us create a whole story!😎
Which of these angles resonates with you more? The feeling of immersion in endless lights or the cinematic close-up with the light play?
Share your impressions in the comments! And if you have also visited “Pixelwald Wisera,” tell us which color was your favorite!
