¡Qué curioso! ¡Es la primera vez que veo el dulce de caña con forma de ladrillo! Nosotros acá en Costa Rica lo hacemos con esta forma a la que le llamamos curiosamente "tapa" de dulce.👇

Y a los pedacitos de tapa le echamos agua hirviendo para beberla como un "Agua dulce", o como le dicen en otros países "Agua panela".

    Se le llama "Agua de panela" por lo mismo. Esa forma así de ladrillo, una panela. También hay otro tipo de hormas, no se si las viste. Son como un cono.

    A esas se le dice "papelón", entonces se hacen panelas o papelones... Gracias por compartir tu experiencia y por valorar la mía. Saludo. !luv

    Interesante, no conocía de dónde venía el término. De hecho no sabía que se le decía "panela" por la forma. Sí, vi los conos. En México ellos le llaman "piloncillos" al "papelón". ¡Están bien bonitos! En los últimos años conforme se ha ido industrializando el trapiche, venden el dulce de tapa ya rallado y uno abre la bolsa y con una cuchare uno lo agrega al agua y listo. Sin embargo, a mí me gusta más partirlo y hacerlo de la manera antigua. A veces, el dulce que venden en bolsa no me sabe tan bueno, y encuentro que en ese estado de panela es más rico. No sé si serán ideas mías. ¡Muchas gracias a ti! !PIZZA !PGM !CTP
