Buenas tardes amigos de photography lovers un gusto saludarles, hoy compartiendᴏ con ustedes esta hermosa planta de Berro Sapo hace unos dias que fui a casa de mi abuela vi esta planta de Berro Sapo estaba muy fresca y con bastantes hojas le pregunte a mi abuela y me dijo que esa se utilizaba principalmente para hacer tés y comer crudo cuando hay mucha tos y dolor de garganta.

Tambien pude leer que sirve para hacer ensaladas y sus propiedades las siguientes, rico en yodo, hierro, vitaminas A, C y E, es estimulante y diurético.
Usado en medicina popular para aliviar la bronquitis y ciertas afecciones cutáneas.

Good afternoon friends of photographylovers, it is a pleasure to greet you, today I am sharing with you this beautiful Toad Cress plant. A few days ago I went to my grandmother's house and I saw this Toad Cress plant. It was very fresh and with quite a few leaves. I asked my grandmother and she told me. That was mainly used to make teas and eat raw when there is a lot of cough and sore throat.

I was also able to read that it is used to make salads and its properties are the following: rich in iodine, iron, vitamins A, C and E, it is a stimulant and diuretic.
Used in popular medicine to relieve bronchitis and certain skin conditions.
