This reminds me I haven't got back to exercise. Woodworking takes a lot of time and leaves me exhausted, but I need to go back to a work out of any kind. Yoga would be nice. I'm glad you and your wife and doing better. Keeping yourself active is something important. Even at 29 years I feel like when I stay on couch potato mode, my bones rusty. It isn't a good thing to feel.

Hopefully you are able to get more active. It really is important as we get older. I turned 40 this year, but I am in the best shape of my life now.
Yes, I'll try my best to get the shape going. Good thing is that I'm not overweight since I work from 8 am to 6 pm. And that's keeps me busy not eating junk between foods. Glad to know you are in your best shape.
