Lenticular clouds at sunset

in Photography Lovers3 years ago (edited)

In autumn and winter, I often go in a special place nearby home, to wait the sunset, on a field with an old and great oak. That day there was a strong wind in the high atmosphere, so there were many lenticular clouds, similar to a painting.
I love to wait and watch how colors evolve from orange during the early sunset, to red when the sun goes down, until the warm violet of twilight. Also a crescent moon appeared in the sky at the end, and I did some long exposure pictures (not so long to avoid a 'moving' moon).
