Yesterday morning, I spent time at the fish landing site at the Krung Mane estuary. The morning atmosphere was so calm, with a cool sea breeze and a sky decorated with thin white clouds.
I started to take pictures of the seaside atmosphere. Small waves slowly hit the beach, while blue fishing boats sailing on the ocean created a calming scene. Not far from there, there was a solid-looking wave breaker rock, adding to the natural impression on the beach.
At the estuary, the water was receding, revealing the bottom that is usually hidden. I saw a man patiently fishing on the edge of the estuary. I captured this moment, because it is rare for me to see such a peaceful and unpretentious view.
I also took pictures of the boats parked on the edge of the estuary. These boats, with their blue paint and distinctive shapes, seemed to have a long story about the sea and the wind. When I observed closer, I saw how the fishermen were preparing their equipment, preparing to go back to sea.
And this is the landing place for fishermen to accommodate their catch.
These moments feel so alive, filled with stories about the daily lives of fishermen and the beauty of the surrounding nature. For me, places like this always hold a simple but precious beauty.
