To keep your health fit, physical activity is very important. Regular excercise is very healthy habit. A day which starts with the morning running,the whole day will be very fresh and whole day will be full of stamina. So we should take part in regular excercise which will keep us happy and our health will be fit. And our our health will be safe from many diseases.
Last year, there was a marathon in my university campus, and I didn’t want to miss the opportunity. It was really a great day get a proper idea about my stamina.
The day was during the summer season and a very sunny day. My target was to finish the marathon in thishot. But the most relieving factor that the time of the Marathon race was at the morning time. So, I was able to finish the race with a tiresome physical excercise.
The University authority accomodated all the requirements perfectly. The first aid box and ambulance was ready for any accidental occurences. So there was no fear of any health issues due to the perfect arrangements.
All the participants go their dresses and the organizing team was very helpful here. All the Marathon finishers got a beautiful medal. I also got the medal for finiahing the Marathon.
In the marathon, there were many foreigners froend with a lot of chinese native students. We all have taken a lot of photographs with all the participants.
Really, it was a great day and I have enjoyed the with full of joy and enjoyment.
