Cold as Ice

1000072816.jpg

Haven't spent much time outside the last few days despite having plenty of time to do so. I did had a well deserved walk every day.

I kinda ate too much and putting in some steps was a must.

We've had negative temperatures over the past few days constantly. I could tell that from my skin after getting out. My chicks were cold and red everytime I got out.

But what about snow?

Well, I so miss a white Christmas but nothing like it this year. Just a shy and thin coat that is already completely gone.

Couldn't let it melt without having a few pics here and there. Anyway, that's about it from my side for now. I wish you all have a great day and catch with you all next time.

Nice. Thanks

You are sooo lucky you saw some snow - light coat as you called it. I live a bit more up to the north-west, western part of the Netherlands where we had no snow at all. Not even a micrometer. Nothing. Nada. But it was cold. The 'feel' temperature was around -10 degrees Celcius, mostly because of the wind, since the it didn't get that cold on the thermometers. Anyways, pretty cool the area you had your strolls through! Love to watch such rural areas covered with - light - snow.

Maybe we get lucky next year...

Thank you for sharing this post... beautiful photos showing the snow... what are the names of those trees that have lost their leaves? will they be able to grow back after this season? 🙏

In spring they will have their leaves back.
