Sometimes magic happens when you least expect it.

We were leaving the land of enchantment today for Arizona, but as luck would have it- there was a huge traffic jam with a 3 hour delay on our main route. We decided to take our time getting there and found a detour to check out Jemez Springs. The hot springs I was interested in checking out was closed, but a local fellow told us about Spence, a primitive hot springs 7 miles down the road. We hiked in and up.... wondering where is this place & just as I was about to give up hope, ☀️persisted and we continued up through the deep snow to these scared waters. The cave was the hottest place and kept us warm in this 24” degree temperature! Such beautiful magic. I see now why they call NM the Land of Enchantment! 🙏💜
