A person is a social being. It is highly probable that he/she will be affected by someone else's anxiety. As the days go by, a person starts to resemble an anxious person. The biggest source of anxiety is stress. Regular walks reduce stress to a great extent. I used to be an anxious person, I overcame this by walking regularly. You also need to do breathing exercises. When my stress level increases a lot, I lift weights, and my stress level decreases.
